The Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association (KCRMA) is a group of property owners bound together by a Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the purpose of operating and maintaining Association-owned property and preserving community standards. and architectural control, Master Association-owned open space, trash removal/recycling,
